Description

Ersatzbeschaffung von Kyocera Multifunktionsgeräten und Drucktechnik Die Kunden der SIS/KSM sollen nach dem Auslaufen bestehender Verträge mit neuen Multifunktionsgeräten, dem zugehörigen Zubehör und dem technischen Background ausgestattet werden. Das Ziel dieser Vergabe ist eine Rahmenvereinbarung über 48 Monate mit einem Höchstwert von 3.000.000 EUR. Diese beinhaltet den Erwerb der Geräte mit einem zusätzlichen Vollservice. Der Erwerb soll über einen durch die SIS/ KSM bereitgestellten Leasinggeber erfolgen. Der Zeitraum des Vollservice ab Aufstelldatum soll 48 Monate sein. Die Abrechnung des Vollservice erfolgt über Seitenpreise je Leistungsklasse (SW, 2- farbig oder Vollfarbe). Nachfolgend sprechen wir von "Klick". Die Seitenpreise können sich in den unterschiedlich angebotenen Geräteklassen (A4 und A3) unterscheiden und sind im Angebot getrennt anzugeben. Die Rahmenvereinbarung kann auch auf weitere, neue Kunden an anderen Standorten in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern ausgedehnt werden. Es muss garantiert werden, dass jedes System einen Vollservicevertrag über 48 Monate ab Aufstellungsdatum beinhaltet.
