Description

Die Gemeinde Oberschleißheim beabsichtigt die Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen im Bestattungswesen auf rahmenvertraglicher Basis für vier (4) Jahre. Die Auftraggeberin ist Trägerin des städtischen Friedhofs. Die Auftraggeberin führt auf dem Friedhof die Bestattungen nach Maßgabe des Bestattungsgesetzes und der Bestattungsverordnung durch. Sie hat den Friedhof zu verwalten, zu unterhalten und zu pflegen. Die Benutzung des Friedhofs ist durch Friedhofssatzung, die Friedhofsgebührensatzung und die Friedhofsordnung geregelt. Gegenstand der Dienstleistungen sind Grab öffnen/schließen, Durchführung von Beerdigungen sowie sonstige Dienstleistungen, die im Zusammenhang mit Bestattungen anfallen (bspw.
