Description

Beratungsleistungen für die Programmbegleitung im Fördergebiet „Lebendige Altstadt“ Wurzen im Bund-Länder-Programm „Lebendige Zentren - Erhalt und Entwicklung von Orts- und Stadtkernen“ (LZP) Mit dem Zuwendungsbescheid der Sächsischen Aufbaubank (SAB) vom 29.08.2025 wurde die Stadt Wurzen für den Durchführungszeitraum vom 29.08.2025 bis 31.12.2035 in das Bund-Länder-Programm „Lebendige Zentren“ (LZP) aufgenommen. Mit dem Aufnahmebescheid wurden im Programmjahr 2025 Finanzhilfen für die städtebauliche Gesamtmaßnahme im oben genannten Fördergebiet für zuwendungsfähige Kosten in Höhe von 3.416.000,00 EUR bewilligt. Die einzelnen Jahresbeträge im Bewilligungszeitraum 01.01.2025 bis 31.12.2031 aus dem Programmjahr 2025 sowie der verbleibende Finanzrahmen in Höhe von 5.124.000,00 EUR ergeben sich aus dem Bewilligungsbescheid vom 29.08.2025. Aus dem im Jahr 2025 gestellten Antrag zur Programmaufnahme ergibt sich, welche Maßnahmen im Antrags- und in den Folgejahren geplant sind. Der Programmbeauftragte, der im Rahmen der hier vorliegenden Ausschreibung gesucht wird, soll die nachfolgend im Einzelnen beschrieben Leistungen erbringen.
