Vivantes - Netzwerk für Gesundheit GmbH (im Folgenden: "Vivantes") betreibt mit 20.809 Mitarbeitern Krankenhäuser an 9 Standorten (unselbstständige Betriebsstätten) sowie andere gesundheitliche und soziale Einrichtungen in Berlin (Stand: 23.05.2026). Eine arbeitnehmerfinanzierte betriebliche Altersversorgung in Form der Entgeltumwandlung ist seit Ende 2005 für die Mitarbeitenden im Bereich des TVöD sowie die nicht-VBL-pflichtigen Mitarbeitenden der Vivantes eingeführt. Die aktuelle Anzahl der "unversorgten" Beschäftigten liegt bei 19.071 von insgesamt 20.809 Arbeitnehmenden. Seit dem 01.07.2016 wird die betriebliche Altersversorgung in zwei Durchführungswegen für die Entgeltumwandlung angeboten. Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Dienstleistungsvertrags über die Beratung der Mitarbeitenden der Auftraggeberin im Rahmen der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge (bAV). Dazu gehört insbesondere die Information der Belegschaft über die Möglichkeiten der Entgeltumwandlung, die Information über die angebotenen Durchführungswege und Produkte sowie die Beratung der Belegschaft.
