Description

Lieferung und Implementierung einer SAN-Storage-Lösung für den Vogelsbergkreis Der Vogelsbergkreis gehört zur Metropolregion Frankfurt/Rhein-Main und ist der östlichste Landkreis im Regierungsbezirk Gießen. Er ist der drittgrößte Landkreis Hessens. Die Kreisverwaltung hat ca. 1.030 Mitarbeitende in 15 Ämtern. Der Vogelsbergkreis stellt ca. 850 Arbeitsplätze und betreut mit der kreiseigenen IT die Informationstechnik. Der Vogelsbergkreis betreibt an seinen Standorten Lauterbach und Alsfeld eine redun-dante Storage-Infrastruktur mit Komponenten des Herstellers HPE. Der Vogelsbergkreis muss für seine Standorte Lauterbach und Alsfeld Die Komponenten für die SAN-Storage austauschen. Ziel der Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung von SAN Storage Hardware-Komponenten des Herstellers HPE inkl. Implementierungs- und Migrationsleistungen sowie Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsleistungen mittels Support über den Abschluss eines EVB-IT Sys-temvertrags zu beschaffen. Folgenden Hauptleistungen müssen erbracht werden: - Lieferung und Implementierung der neuen HPE -Storage-Komponenten inkl. Zube-hör für die Standorte Lauterbauch und Alsfeld - Lieferung und Implementierung der benötigten Softwarekomponenten - Datenmigration aus der vorhandenen Infrastruktur - Service- und Supportleistungen für die Dauer von 60 Monaten Wichtig für den Auftraggeber sind für dieses Vorhaben folgende Hauptleistungen in der dargestellten Reihenfolge: - Wirtschaftlichkeit der Beschaffung - Zuverlässige und termingerechte Bereitstellung der Hardware-Komponenten - Reibungslose Integration in die bereits bestehende Infrastruktur - Zuverlässigkeit und Qualität in der Abwicklung der Garantieleistungen, d.h. Fehler müssen innerhalb fest definierter Zeiten behoben werden können. -Es sind ausschließlich Neugeräte mit Herstellergarantie zulässig.
