Auftragsgegenstand ist die laufende Bereitstellung einer aktuellen Datenbank bzw. -quelle über folgende Informationen: 1. Beteiligungsstruktur/Eigentümer von Unternehmen in Festland-China, Hong Kong, der Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate, Saudi Arabien, Qatar, Russland sowie Informationen zu weiteren Investitionen, Geschäftsbeziehungen eines jeden Gesellschafters > vollständige und objektive Liste aus Investitionen und Beteiligungen 2. Erkennbarkeit von Geschäftsbeziehungen, die sich auf Militärgüter beziehen 3. Personen, die Aufsichtsräte oder Vorstände in chinesischen Unternehmen besetzen, und ihre Verbindungen zu anderen chinesischen Unternehmen bzw. weiteren Managementaktivitäten 4. Informationen, die bereits VOR der Antragstellung im Investitionsprüfverfahrens öffentlich verfügbar waren > Speichern und Nachhalten von Informationen und ihrer Quellen 5. Möglichkeit des anonymisierten Zugriffs auf die Datenbank 6. Funktionalitäten zur schnellen und unkomplizierten Erstellung von Arbeitshilfen (Briefings, Beweispakete für Listungen, Übersichten), die zur weiteren Verwendung (in nutzbaren Formaten geteilt werden können 7. Datenumfang: Informationen zu China, Hong Kong, Vereinigte Arabische Emirate, Saudi Arabien, Qatar und Russland Die Datenbank bzw. -quelle soll für fünf Zugangsberechtigte Personen und für den Zeitraum 01.10.2025 bis 30.09.2026 zur Verfügung stehen. Zudem besteht die Möglichkeit der Laufzeitverlängerung um 2 x 12 Monate (Verlängerungsoptionen).
