Dachdecker- und Zimmermannsarbeiten -Umbau Stadtbücherei Hemer Die Stadtbibliothek im denkmalgeschützten Villa-Gebäude in Hemer soll umgebaut und um die Räumlichkeiten der angrenzenden ehemaligen Fabrik, sowie des ebenfalls unter Denkmalschutz stehenden, angrenzenden Kutscherhauses erweitert werden. Weiterhin ist die Erweiterung der Bibliotheksfläche im vorderen Bereich zur Straße geplant, welche mit einer großzügig verglasten Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade abschließt und die Gebäude Villa und Kutscherhaus verbindet. Im Zuge der Um/Neubauarbeiten sind Zimmerer- und Dachdeckerarbeiten anzubieten. Dieses betrifft alle Bauteile (Villa, Fabrik, Kutscherhaus) Die Ausführung der Zimmerer / Dachdeckerarbeiten erstreckt sich über verschiedene Bauteile, die nicht nachlaufend, sondern zeitversetzt ausgeführt werden müssen.
