Weiterhin ist die Erweiterung der Bibliotheksfläche im vorderen Bereich zur Straße geplant, welche mit einer großzügig verglasten Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade abschließt und die Gebäude Villa und Kutscherhaus verbindet. Im Zuge der Um/Neubauarbeiten sind Zimmerer- und Dachdeckerarbeiten anzubieten. Dieses betrifft alle Bauteile (Villa, Fabrik, Kutscherhaus) Die Ausführung der Zimmerer / Dachdeckerarbeiten erstreckt sich über verschiedene Bauteile, die nicht nachlaufend, sondern zeitversetzt ausgeführt werden müssen.
