Los B04.2 - Dachdecker- und Klempnerarbeiten
Die Sporthalle ist stark veraltet und soll saniert werden. Dazu werden die seitlichen Anbauten abgerissen, der vordere Sozialtrakt wird entkernt und erweitert. Die Räume werden neu aufgeteilt. Die Halle selbst wird vollständig saniert (inkl. Sportboden, Dach, Prallwände etc.). Sämtliche technische Anlagen werden komplett erneuert. Die hier ausgeschriebenen Dachdecker- und Klempnerarbeiten beinhalten unter anderem: 1. Neue Dacheindeckung (Flachdach-und Gefälledämmung und Abdichtung) der bestehenden Sporthalle und Sozialtrakt sowie neuem Anbau -> ca. 2140 m2 2. Neue Dachentwässerung (Flachdachablauf sowie Satteldach) einschl. Dachrandausbildungen usw. 3. Absturzsicherungssystem für Flachdach
