Los 234 Maler-und Lackierarbeiten, 19303 Dömitz Bei der Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um die Sanierung eines, in den 1950er Jahren massiv gebauten, zweistöckigen Schulgebäudes mit Satteldach und Putzfassade. Das Schulzentrum Fritz-Reuter liegt in Dömitz direkt an der Bundesstraße B195. Der Campus beinhaltet eine Grundund Realschule sowie das Gymnasium. Die Arbeiten werden ausschließlich in dem Realschulteil ausgeführt. Die umliegenden Gebäudeteile der Schule werden über den Zeitraum der Baumaßnahme weiterhin betrieben. Bei diesem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um eine geförderte Maßnahme. Die Maßnahmen sind Teil des 2. Bauabschnitt im Bestand (BGF ca. 2.100m2) von Haus 3. Die bestehende Raumstruktur wird in Teilen durch den Abbruch sowie das Errichten einzelner Wände verändert. Durch diese Eingriffe entstehen angrenzende Arbeiten in Boden-, Wand- und Deckenbereichen. Zudem findet eine Sanierung der Fenster statt. Ebenfalls wird die Haustechnik erneuert und die Errichtung eines Aufzugs ist für die barrierefreie Erschließung des Bestands vorgesehen. Die Baumaßnahme wird in 2 Abschnitte unterteilt. Der Bewegungsraum im Gebäudeteil C ist der 1. Teilbauabschnitt, Die Arbeiten beginnen ab August 2025. Die Sanierung und Modernisierung der historischen Schule (ab Achse H) ist der 2. Teilbauabschnitt , die Arbeiten beginnen im Frühjahr 2026. Die vorbereitenden Maßnahmen z.B. Sanierung Kellerdecke des 2.Teilbauabschnitt beginnen im 2.Halbjahr 2025. Die Maler- und Lackierarbeiten Instandsetzung Haus 3 umfassen die kompletten Malerarbeiten im Innen. und Außenbereich. Ausgenommen sind die Holzfenster im Bestand, welche durch das Los 226 aufgearbeitet werden wesentliche Leistungen Maler- und Lackierarbeiten sind: - Malervlies + Anstrich, Dcken, ca. 391,00m2 - Anstrich profilierte Rippendecke, ca. 156,00m2 - Neuanstrich Kastendecke, ca.150,00m2 - Bestandswände vollflächig spachteln, 6.113,00m2 - Malervlies + Anstrich, 6.031.,00m2 - Lackierarbeiten, Treppengeländer, Handläufe etc. - Malerarbeiten Fassade, Armierungsschicht und Oberputz + Anstrich, ca. 1.996,00m2 - Lackierarbeiten Fassade, Sonnenschutzanlagen
