SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Auf der Belegenheit Leuschnerstraße 13 wird eine neue Stadtteilschule mit Dreifeldsporthalle gebaut. Die Erstellung von ca. 11.000m² Gebäudefläche mit Räumen für den allgemeinen Unterricht, Fachräumen, Verwaltungs- und Gemeinschaftsflächen und einer Mensa ist geplant. --------------- Hier: Dachabdichtung --------------- Dampfsperre ca. 1100 m², EPS Gefälledämmung ca. 2360 m², EPS Dämmung ca. 1270 m², Dämmung PIR ca. 1000 m², Abdichtung Kelleraußenwand ca. 370 m², 2-lagge Dachabdichtung ca. 4000 m², 7 Stück Lichtkuppeln u.ä, UK Solarpaneel ca. 370 Stk., Dacheinläufe ca. 60 Stück, Entwässerungsrohre, Extensive Dachbegrünung ca. 3000 m²
