Auftraggeber sind die Landesrundfunkanstalten der Arbeitsgemeinschaft der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten der Bundesrepublik Deutschland (ARD), das Zweite Deutsche Fernsehen (ZDF) und das Deutschlandradio (DR), vertreten durch die Geschäftsführung des Beitragsservice von ARD, ZDF und Deutschlandradio. Im Rahmen dieses Vergabeverfahrens schreibt der Auftraggeber die Erneuerung des am Standort Köln betriebenen Datensicherungssystems ETERNUS CS8800 einschließlich der zur Anbindung der physischen Tape Libraries erforderlichen Switche aus. Ziele der Vergabemaßnahme sind die Beschaffung einer technologisch aktuellen ETERNUS CS8800 einschließlich aller erforderlichen Lizenzen sowie der Abschluss eines Wartungsvertrages bis zum 31.12.2029 mit einer optionalen Verlängerung um weitere zwölf Monate bis zum 31.12.2030. Der Leistungsumfang beinhaltet weiterhin die Durchführung der Anlieferung, Installation, Integration und Inbetriebnahme der neuen Komponenten in die bestehende Umgebung sowie der erforderlichen Konfigurations- und Migrations-arbeiten bis hin zur Abnahme. Die Bereitstellung ist in folgende Leistungsbereiche aufgeteilt: - die Lieferung von Hardwarekomponenten für die ETERNUS CS8800 sowie die Switche für die Anbindung an die physische Tape Library; - die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen zur Installation, bei den Konfigurationen, der Anbindung der physischen Tape Library über die Switche und dem Cascading nach Ismaning beim Auftraggeber in Köln und den erforderlichen Konfigurationsarbeiten bis zur vollständigen Integration der neuen ETERNUS CS8800 und Switche; - die Durchführung von umfassenden Integrationstests; - die Durchführung der Migration der Daten von der bisherigen ETERNUS CS8800 auf die neue ETERNUS CS8800; - die Übereignung der neuen ETERNUS CS8800 und Switche; - die produktive Inbetriebnahme der neuen ETERNUS CS8800 und Switche bis hin zur Abnahme; - Rücknahme der zu ersetzenden ETERNUS CS8800 Hardware-Komponenten (Ausnahme: nicht flüchtige Datenträger müssen beim Auf-traggeber verbleiben). Nutzung, Gefahr und Lasten der neuen ETERNUS CS8800 und Switche gehen erst mit der Abnahme auf den Auftraggeber über. Mit der Bereitstellung der neuen ETERNUS CS8800 und Switche hat der zukünftige Auftragnehmer unverzüglich nach Zuschlagserteilung zu beginnen. Die Abnahme der neuen ETERNUS CS8800 und Switche erfolgt spätestens bis zum 30.06.2027 (= relativer Fixtermin).
