Description

Zur Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung des Neubaus "Zentrallabor mit Mikrobiologie und Virologie (ZL)" des Universitätsklinikums Düsseldorf (UKD) wird ein externer IPA-Coach gesucht. Dieser übernimmt die methodische, prozessuale und kulturbezogene Begleitung des Projekts im Rahmen der integrierten Projektabwicklung (IPA) nach dem Prinzip eines Mehrparteienvertrags. Der IPA-Coach fungiert als neutraler, allparteilicher Impulsgeber zwischen den Projektbeteiligten (Auftraggeber, Planer, ausführende Unternehmen, Nutzer) und trägt durch Moderation, Coaching und Strukturarbeit dazu bei, die kollaborativen Prinzipien der IPA über sämtliche Projektphasen hinweg - insbesondere auch in der Realisierung und Inbetriebnahme - aufrechtzuerhalten. Zentrale Aufgaben des IPA-Coaches sind insbesondere: - Begleitung und Moderation der Projektsteuerungs- und Entscheidungsgremien (z. B. PMT, SMT) - Förderung der partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit und der Projektkultur (u. a. durch Workshops, Einzelcoachings, Feedbackformate) - Konfliktfrüherkennung und -moderation im Projektverlauf - Strukturierung und Moderation von Lessons Learned und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung - Unterstützung bei der Anwendung und Verstetigung von Lean-Methoden (z. B. Last Planner, Kooperationsbarometer, Zielkostenarbeit)
