Description

Für die DB Regio AG soll am Werkestandort Kiel eine neue URD-Halle errichtet werden. Für diese Halle soll als zentrale Maschinentechnik eine CNC-gesteuerte Single-Unterflur-Radsatz-Drehmaschine beschafft werden (Neubeschaffung). Die vorliegende Bekanntmachung bezieht sich auf die Fertigung, Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme, Schulung, Probebetrieb und Endabnahme der Maschine inkl. aller notwendigen Peripherie für das Werk Kiel. Auf der Maschine sind hauptsächlich Radsätze der in Kiel jetzt und zukünftig instandzuhaltenden Fahrzeuge (BR 447, 445, 218, Dosto-Wagen) in Regelspurweite 1.435 mm zu messen und zu bearbeiten. Für folgende Aufgaben/ Funktionen muss die Single-Unterflur-Radsatz-Drehmaschine geeignet sein: ► automatisches Vermessen der Radsätze in mindestens den üblichen Radsatzmaßen a1, a2, d, ∆d, e, h, qR, G und H ► Messung/ Bearbeitung der Radsätze im eingebauten Zustand oder als Einzelradsatz mit Lagern/ Lagergehäusen ► automatisches Reprofilieren der Radkränze/ Radlauffläche an Monoblock- und bereiften Radscheiben mit Profilen nach DIN EN 13715 bzw. DB-eigenen Vorgaben in verschiedenen Durchmessern und Breiten sowie: o Bearbeitung von Rad- und Wellenbremsscheiben (Planen) o Entfernung von Überwalzungen und Nachstechen der Kennrille ► Nachweis des regelkonformen Zustandes der Radsätze nach der Bearbeitung hinsichtlich der Parameter d1,2, ∆d1,2, e1,2, h1,2, qR1,2, H1,2, G1,2, a1 und a2 mit einem Messsystem entsprechend DIN 27201-9 ► automatisierte Übertragungsmöglichkeit von Mess- und Identifikationsdaten des Radsatzes an das interne ERP-System (SAP ISI) sowie die automatisierte Ablage von pdf/A Bearbeitungsprotokollen auf den Systemen der DB ► Möglichkeit des Fernwartungszugangs über „sichere Fernwartung“ ► Ausgabe definierter Maschineninformationen via OPC-UA-Schnittstelle ► Anmeldung/ Abmeldung der Bediener per DB-Konzernausweis und Zuweisung entsprechender Berechtigungen ► Vorbereitung für das „aufgerüstete Drehen“ von Fahrzeugen mit Elektrotraktion Die Unterflur-Radsatz-Drehmaschine ist mit einer automatischen Späne-Entsorgungseinrichtung mit Spänebrecher, einer Rauch- und Staubabsauganlage, einer Hydraulikanlage und weiterer funktionsnotwendiger Peripherie nach CE-Konformität auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik zu konzipieren. Der primär zu bearbeitende Messkreisdurchmesserbereich liegt zwischen 580 mm und 1.250 mm. Die Radsatzwellenlänge inklusive der Lager/ Lagergehäuse beträgt maximal 2.600 mm, die einwirkende Achslast auf die Maschine beträgt maximal 225 kN (zzgl. ggf. einzubringender Niederhaltekräfte).
