Description

Die TK verfolgt das Ziel, mit allen geeigneten und nach § 108 SGB V zugelassenen Krankenhäusern Verträge gemäß § 140a SGB V über spezielle Leistungen rund um die Roboter-assistierte-Chirurgie und das Fast-Track-Verfahren für Versicherte mit Darmerkrankungen zu schließen. Der Vertragsschluss erfolgt im Rahmen des Open-House-Verfahrens der TK: Individuelle Verhandlungen über Vertragsinhalte werden nicht geführt, es gelten einheitliche Konditionen. Die TK sichert einzelnen Vertragspartnern keine Exklusivität zu. Alle weiteren Informationen sind den Teilnahme- und Vertragsbedingungen zu entnehmen. Ziel des Vertrages ist, durch diese Kombination und optimierte Behandlungspfade die postoperative Genesung zu beschleunigen, Komplikationen zu reduzieren und die Patientenzufriedenheit zu steigern. Die Behandlungspfade sowie die speziellen Leistungen sind detailliert in den Leistungsbeschreibungen definiert. Zur quantitativen Inanspruchnahme der Leistungen durch die TK-Versicherten und deren Verteilung auf verschiedene Vertragskliniken können im Vorhinein keine Angaben gemacht werden.
