The contracting authority is procuring low-floor buses (articulated buses, midi buses and standard service buses) through a framework agreement. The framework agreement has a base term from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029 with an option to extend by one further year until 31.12.2030. A maximum of 35 buses will be procured across all years including the option, with around 8 buses planned for each of 2027 and 2028 and 6 buses each for 2029 and 2030. The contractor must demonstrate a workshop within 30 km of the contracting authority's seat and carry out repair services. The procurement is a competitive procedure with negotiation, published as a single lot because the bus types and quantities needed are not yet foreseeable and one workshop is to be used uniformly.
