Umweltfreundliche Büromöbel: Erstausstattung Rathaus im Stühlinger B 06/2027 und Rahmenvertrag 05/2027 bis 04/2029 mit Verlängerungsoptionen (3 Lose): Umweltfreundliches Standard-Büromobiliar, das losweise vergeben wird (inklusive Montage und kostenstellenbezogene Lieferung): - Los 1: Büromobiliar und Besprechungsstühle - Los 2: Bürodrehstuhl mit fester Sitzfläche, Armlehnen und Netzrückenlehne - Los 3: Bürodrehstuhl mit beweglicher (fixierbarer) Sitzfläche, Armlehnen und Polsterrückenlehne Innerhalb der einzelnen Lose erfolgt eine Aufteilung auf Folgendes: - Erstausstattung für das neue Rathaus im Stühlinger, Gebäude B, Fehrenbachallee 12, 79106 Freiburg (Los 1: Rund 700 Schreibtische, etwa 190 Besprechungstische und circa 500 Schränke; Los 2 und 3: Jeweils etwa 475 Bürodrehstühle), die voraussichtlich ab Juni 2027 geliefert werden soll. Die Übergabe soll bis Anfang Juli 2027 abgeschlossen sein. - Rahmenvereinbarung für verschiedene städtische Dienststellen von Mai 2027 bis April 2029 (mit bis zu 3- maliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils um 12 Monate), d.h. maximale Laufzeitdauer bis April 2032). Die Liegenschaften verteilen sich auf mehrere Standorte im Stadtkreis Freiburg und der Abruf erfolgt in unterschiedlichen Tranchen.
