Description

Gegenstand des Verfahrens sind Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung HOAI Teil 4, Abschnitt 1, § 49 ff. für den Neubau „Soziales Wohnprojekt, Alice-Salomon-Straße 1, 79111 Freiburg“ Durchgeführt wird ein 1-stufiges, offenes Verfahren nach § 14 Abs. 2 und § 15 VgV. Vorgesehen ist ein viergeschossiges Wohngebäude mit drei Vollgeschossen und ein Attikageschoss mit 29 Wohneinheiten für rund 60 Personen. Das Grundstück liegt im Geltungsbereich des Bebauungsplans „Innere Elben“. Der Wohnungsmix umfasst 19 Kleinstwohnungen für Einzelhaushalte, davon vier barrierefrei, eine Einheit für Sozialbetreuung, vier Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnungen für Paare bzw. Alleinerziehende und sechs große Wohnungen für Familien mit fünf oder mehr Personen. Die aktuell geplante Wohnfläche liegt bei rund 1.600 m². Die Raumgrößen orientieren sich am Landeswohnraumförderprogramm. Im Rahmen dieses Projektes sind bei der Planung die Bau- und Energieleitlinien der Stadt Freiburg mit den Vorgaben zur Errichtung nachhaltiger Energiekonzepte (z.B. PV-Anlage) zu berücksichtigen.
