Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist eine Rahmenvereinbarung für die Lieferung von Büromaterialien für das "Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf" (UKE). Für die Grundlaufzeit von zwei Jahren ist der Preis bindend Die notwendigen Büromaterialien sollen über die Rahmenvereinbarung abgerufen werden. Die Mengenangaben finden sich in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen. Die Anlage 1 stellt das geforderte Artikelsortiment in Form eines herstellerneutralen Artikel-Mengen-Gerüstes dar. Zusätzlich zu dem herstellerneutralen Artikel-Mengen-Gerüst wurde ein Leitartikel in Form einer Herstellerartikelnummer benannt, welcher ausschließlich die Anforderung an die Spezifikationen beschreibt. Es wird ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass alternative Angebote gewünscht sind, die der Spezifikation des Leitartikels vollumfänglich entsprechen, oder höherwertig sind. Die angegebenen Mengen sind Jahresmengen aus dem Jahr 2023 und dienen lediglich als Kalkulationsbasis zur Angebotserstellung und Bewertung. Eine Abnahmeverpflichtung besteht nicht. Die in Anlage 1 beschriebenen, oder kleinere Verpackungseinheiten, müssen angeboten werden. Die Bieter werden aufgefordert, ihre jeweiligen Artikel entsprechend anzubieten und dieses gemäß den angegebenen Kriterien zu beschreiben. Preise sind als Einzelstückpreis anzugeben (In der Preistabelle sind alle Mengen als kleinste Einheit in Stück angegeben, die Packungseinheiten im Kurztext dienen lediglich zur Orientierung). Zusätzlich zu den Artikeln aus der Anlage 1 werden Herstellerrabatte für komplexe und umfangreiche Artikelsortimente gefordert. Die Artikel aus der Anlage 1 Hersteller Artikellisten dienen als Beispielartikel. Hier fordern wir einen Pauschalrabatt auf die Artikel der folgenden Produktgruppen: Selbstklebende Etiketten und Schriftbänder.
