Kosten-, Ressourcen- und Projektaufwänden - Definition der Anforderungen an Skills, Rollen und Personalausstattung - Darstellung der langfristigen Einpsar- und Effizienzpotenziale Leistungsgegenstand: Teilprojekt 1: Analysephase - Prozessaufnahme & Potenzialanalyse - Prüfung und Ergänzung der vorhandenen Prozessdokumentation - Automatisierungsfähigkeitsanalyse - Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Nutzenbewertung - Erstellung einer priorisierten Prozessliste Teilprojekt 2: Organisiation - Entwicklung einer Governance-Struktur - Betriebsmodell UiPath - Personal - & Skillbedarf Teilprojekt 3: Kosten - & Ressourcenplanung - Erstellung einer Kostenplanun - Roadmap 12- 36 Monate Im Rahmen der 3 Teilprojekte erstellt und liefert der Auftragnehmer folgende Dokumente als Ergebnissicherung: • Analysebericht inkl. Bewertung aller betrachteten Prozesse • Priorisierte Prozessliste mit Automatisierungsempfehlungen und festgelegten KPIs • KVP - kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess für jeden Prozess • Governance-Modell für die Verwaltung • Betriebsmodell UiPath (Regelbetrieb, Monitoring, Change, Verantwortlichkeiten) • Kosten- & Nutzenkalkulation inkl. Szenarien • Roadmap 12-36 Monate • Management-Präsentation zur Entscheidungsfindung • Vollständige Dokumentation aller beteiligten Prozesse im städtischen Format (Signavio)
