Insgesamt 11 AOKs vergeben gemeinsam den Auftrag zur sicheren postalischen Zustellung der eGK-PIN/PUK-Briefe in Sinne des § 336 Abs. 4 Nr. 1 SGB V an ihre Versicherten. Gegenstand der Leistung ist das in § 336 Abs. 4 Nr. 1 SGB V genannte sichere Verfahren zur persönlichen Zustellung der persönlichen Identifikationsnummer (PIN) an die Versicherten oder für diese wirksam bestimmten Vertreter. Dieser sichere Zustellprozess beinhaltet insbesondere: - die sichere persönliche Zustellung an der Briefadresse/ Empfängeradresse - die Identifikation des Versicherten oder für diesen wirksam bestimmten Vertreter mittels Ausweisdokument bei Übergabe an der Briefadresse/ Empfängeradresse - die Hinterlegung und Übergabe des PIN/PUK-Briefes in einer Filiale des AN. - die Identifikation des Versicherten oder für diesen wirksam bestimmten Vertreter mittels Ausweisdokument bei Übergabe des Briefes in einer Filiale des AN - digitale Übermittlung und Klärung des jeweiligen Zustellauftrages - digitale Übermittlung von Statusinformationen als Zwischenmeldung und zum Abschluss
