Description

Das DLR Institut für Maritime Energiesysteme (DLR MS) erforscht und entwickelt innovative Lösungen zur Defossilisierung, Emissionsminderung, und zum verstärkten Einsatz erneuerbarer Energien im maritimen Bereich. Weltweit wickelt der maritime Sektor 80 Prozent des internationalen Frachttransports ab und bildet damit ein wichtiges Fundament der Wirtschaft. Die meisten Schiffe verwenden Schweröl als Treibstoff, was zu einer erheblichen Verschlechterung der Luftqualität beiträgt. Dieser Sektor ist somit für etwa drei Prozent der globalen Treibhausgasemissionen verantwortlich. Zur Transformation maritimer Anwendungen muss in der Technologieentwicklung die gesamte Energiewandlungskette berücksichtigt werden. In Kooperation mit der Industrie wird diese in die Praxis überführt. Im Projekt Zero4Cruise wird ein 500 kW Brennstoffzellensystem untersucht, welches aus einem Methanol Reformern und einer Reihe von LT-PEM Stacks besteht. Die Anbindung vom System an das DLR-Labor erfolgt über einen Systemteststand, mit dem einen sicheren Betrieb des Brennstoffzellensystems gewährleistet wird und wo die Aufnahme/Regelung der Betriebsparameter stattfindet. Für den Aufbau des Systemteststandes sind Flanschformstücke erforderlich, deren technische Spezifikation in der Leistungsbeschreibung zusammengefasst ist.
