Tempelhof Projekt GmbH (THP), a state-owned company of the Land of Berlin that operates and develops Berlin Tempelhof Airport, is seeking software to support the preparation and execution of procurement procedures. These include formal tender procedures both below and above EU thresholds, calls from framework agreements, contract amendments, and direct awards with or without simple price comparisons. Beyond standard procurement platform requirements, the software must support the allocation of different roles (such as purchaser, procurement office, budget approval, and further committees), a form library including templates of the Land of Berlin, and a supplier directory.
