Umbau und Erweiterung einer 2-zügigen Oberschule in Baruth: Los 43 - Bodenbelagsarbeiten Los 43 - Bodenbelagsarbeiten Oberschule Baruth - Schulgebäude Am Park 3 02694 Malschwitz OT Baruth Das Landratsamt Bautzen plant den Erhalt und die Erweiterung des Schulstandortes Baruth im Osten des Landkreises Bautzen. Ehemals als Grundschule genutzt soll der Schulkomplex nach dem Um- und Erweiterungsbau den aktuellen Anforderungen an eine zweizügige Oberschule entsprechen. Der Gebäudekomplex schließt direkt an die gerade fertiggestellte neue Sporthalle an. Gegenstand der hier ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sind Bodenbelagarbeiten, diese werden in den neuen Gebäuden H3 bis H5 sowie in den Bestandsgebäuden H1 und H2 ausgeführt. Sie betreffen den Einbau von Linoleum-Belag einschließlich aller Vor- und Nacharbeiten sowie dem Einbau von Sockelleisten und Bodenfugen. Brutto Grundfläche Neubau (BGF): ca. 1.700 m² (inkl. Verbinder-Neubau H5) Attikahöhe Neubau (Haus 3+4): ca. 7,92 m Attikahöhe Neubau (Haus 6): ca. 6,99 m Attikahöhe Neubau (Haus 7): ca. 3,94 m Brutto Grundfläche Altbau (BGF): ca. 1.060,00 m² (H1+H2) Attikahöhe Altbau: ca. 7,40 m / 7,86 m Lichte Geschosshöhe: ca. 2,88 m EG und 3,33 m OG (H1) ca. 3,33 m (H2) Es ist mit folgenden Grobmengen zu rechnen: Bodenbelagsarbeiten 2.235 m² Voranstrich auftragen Kunstharz-Dispersion 2.235 m² Untergrundvorbereitung, Grundierung, Spachtel 3mm 2.585 m² Lino, Bahn, 2,5mm, Klasse 34, 4dB, R9, m. Verfugung 160 m Randabschlussprofil Lino, Edelstahl-Profil 620 m² Bewegungsfuge in der Fläche 1.600 m Fugenverschluss innen, Silikon 1.515 m Alu-Einklebe-Sockelleiste, m. Belagstreifen Linoleum, H 60mm 50 m Sockelstreifen, Lino, H 60mm 84 m Sockelleiste Holz, Buche, deck.
