Description

Der Bayerische Rundfunk (BR) plant auf seinem Stammgelände in München Freimann an der Floriansmühlstraße unter dem Begriff "Anpassung und Sanierung im Bestand (ASB)" die Sanierungsmaß-nahmen des Bestandshauses 11. Das Haus 11 hat eine Gesamtlänge von ca. 70 m und eine Breite von 14 m Die Erschließung des zweifach abgewinkelten Gebäudes erfolgt von der Ostseite über eine Freitreppe in den Eingangsbereich des hochgelegenen Erdgeschosses. Von dort führen zwei Treppenhäuser (TH A und TH B) in die oberen Vollgeschosse (1.OG, 2.OG, 3.OG), das Untergeschoss sowie das Dachgeschoss. Dem Eingangsbereich und dem Treppenhaus A zugeordnet ist ein Twin-Aufzug, dessen zwei Kabinen sämtliche Geschosse erschließen. Diese Aufzüge sind während der Baumaßnahme außer Betrieb. Ein weiterer Aufzug mit barrierefreien Abmessungen befindet sich im Treppenhaus B am Südostende des Gebäudes. Es ist geplant, diesen während und nach der Abbruchmaßnahmen als Lastenaufzug für die Baumaßnahme zur Verfügung zu stellen. Ein zusätzlicher Verbindungsgang im Unter- und Erdgeschoss führt zu Haus 4c. Zu Haus 12 besteht ein geschlossener Übergang im 1. und 2. Obergeschoss. Zu diesen beiden Gebäuden erfolgt während der Baumaßnahme eine Abtrennung in F90 Qualität. Die Baumaßnahme beinhaltet UG, EG, 1.OG bis 3.OG Das Haus 11 wurde 1989-1990 erbaut. Das Untergeschoss beinhaltet im Wesentlichen Büroräume und Technikräume. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich der Eingang, Büroräume, Workcafé und Konferenzzone. Das 1.OG bis 3.OG beinhalten, Workcafés, Büro- und Besprechungsräume. Kurzbeschreibung: Das Leistungsverzeichnis Bodenbeläge umfasst folgende Leistungen im Haus 17B: Schleifen von alten Estrichflächen Bodenbelag Teppich Bodenbelag Linoleum Bodenbelag Linoleum ableitfähig Abdecken Bodenbeläge Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind: Untergrund reinigen ca. 4.500 m2 Vollflächiges Abschleifen Bestandsestrich ca. 4.500 m2 Ausgleichsspachtelung Boden ca. 4.500 m2 Mehraufwand Bodenbeläge Deckel Bodenkanal (Metall) ca. 1.240 m Bodenbelag Nadelfilz ca. 4.000 m2 Sockelleisten Nadelfilz ca. 2.650 m Sockelleisten Holz ca. 930 m Bodenbelag Linoleum ca. 230 m2 Bodenbelag Linoleum ableitfähig ca. 270 m2 Sockelleisten Linoleum ca. 480 m Abdecken Bodenbelag ca. 4.500 m2
