Description

Bodenbelagsarbeiten an der Grundschule in Lollar Geplant sind 2 Ersatzneubauten an der Grundschule "Bunte Schule " Lollar, Schur 2-4, 35457 Lollar Die ausgeschriebene Leistung betrifft das Gebäude 2. Das Schulgebäude wird 2-geschossig ohne Unterkellerung und beinhaltet den Klassenbereich mit WC-Anlagen und Technikräume. Die Grundfläche ist rechteckig mit Seitenlängen von ca. 36 x 22m. Die Nutzung des Neubaus besteht aus 10 Klassenräume mit Zentralen Mehrzweckbereich. Toilettenräume, Technik- und Verkehrsflächen, sowie ein Aufzug ergänzen das Raumprogramm in den beiden Geschossen. Das Gebäude wird in Hybridbauweise erstellt, Tragstruktur wie Gründung, Stützen, Decken und tragende Wände werden in Stahlbeton erstellt, die Außenfassade wird als Holzrahmenkonstruktion davorgestellt. Die Beschaffungsmaßnahme umfasst folgende Bodenbelagsarbeiten: - ca. 1145m2 Vorarbeiten - ca. 1145m2 Kautschuk -Bodenbelag - ca. 615lfdm Sockelleisten - Nebenarbeiten, Schienen, Fugen, usw.
