Die Stadt Essen plant aufgrund steigender Schülerzahlen und verstärkter Nachfrage nach Gesamtschulplätzen im Stadtgebiet Essen die Neugründung und den Neubau einer 6-zügigen Gesamtschule sowie einer Dreifachsporthalle, zwei Einfachsporthallen und Nebenanlagen an der Erbslöhstraße im Stadtteil Altessen-Süd. Das Gebäude besteht aus vier Baukörpern (A-D) die um einen zentralen fünften Baukörper (E) herum angeordnet sind. Die außenliegenden Baukörper A-D scheiden den zentralen Baukörper jeweils in den Gebäudeecken ein, sodass alle Baukörper baulich miteinander verbunden sind. Die Baukörper bzw. Bauteile A bis E dienen als Schulgebäude, im Bauteil A ist zusätzlich die 3-fach-Sporthalle plus 2 Einfeldhallen mit Tribüne und Umkleidebereich vorgesehen. Anzubieten sind die Fliesen- und Plattenarbeiten. Die Hauptpositionen bestehen aus den folgenden Leistungen (ca. Angaben): Fliesen: - Wandfliese: ca. 3100 m2 - Bodenfliese: ca 1400 m2 - Verbundabdichtung: ca. 1900 m2 Betonwerkstein: - Fläche: ca. 2900 m2 - Winkelstein: ca. 520 St.
