Rahmenvereinbarung für Blitzschutzarbeiten Für die Bauunterhaltungsarbeiten an den Gebäuden des Universitätsklinikums Münster hat die Vergabestelle das nachfolgende Leistungsverzeichnis erstellt. Hierin werden häufig vorkommende Arbeiten ausgeschrieben, die dann in Einzelaufträgen näher definiert und abgerufen werden. Die Einrichtungen und Gebäude des UKM (Universitätsklinikum Münster) sind in dem beiliegenden Lageplan aufgeführt und befinden sich hauptsächlich in dem von den folgenden öffentlichen Straßen eingefassten Bereich: - Albert-Schweitzer-Straße - Rishon-le-Zion-Ring - Robert-Koch-Straße - Vesaliusweg - Niels-Stensen-Straße - Tondernstraße - Schmeddingstraße Weitere Institute befinden sich an der Von-Esmarch-Straße und dem Horstmarer Landweg. Außerdem sollen die Liegenschaften der UKM Marienhospital GmbH in Borghorst und Emsdetten Leistungen aus dem Rahmenvertrag abrufen können. Auftragswert / Mengenangaben im Leistungsverzeichnis: Der Auftragswert wurde so genau wie möglich auf der Basis der in den Vorjahren abgerufenen Leistungen ermittelt. Allerdings kann nicht sicher vorausgesagt werden, welche Leistungen im Vertragszeitraum benötigt werden. Erfahrungsgemäß enthält die Leistungsbeschreibung immer eine Vielzahl von Positionen, die während der Vertragslaufzeit nicht benötigt werden, so dass der tatsächliche Auftragswert von der Summe aller LV-Positionen abweicht.
