Das Fraunhofer-Institut für Translationale Medizin und Pharmakologie (ITMP), Sandhöfer Allee 1, 60528 Frankfurt am Main schreibt ein betriebsfertiges und zur Aufstellung bereites, Label-freies, mikrofluidik-basiertes Echtzeit-Bindungsanalysesystem mit mindestens 5 parallelen Kanälen, einem (auch Einzelkanal Applikation möglich) und integriertem Autosampler mit Kühlkompartiment inkl. Softwarelizenzen aus. Für den Standort Frankfurt am Main wird im Rahmen der Folgeausstattung des Bereichs Biotherapeutische Wirkstoffentwicklung und Protein Design ein label-freies, mikrofluidik-basiertes Echtzeit-Bindungsanalysesystem mit mindestens 5 parallelen Kanälen (auch Einzelkanal Applikation möglich) und integriertem Autosampler mit Kühlkompartiment benötigt. Das System dient der hochsensitiven Bestimmung von Affinitäten und Bindungs-Kinetiken (ka, kd, KD) und der Konzentrationsmessung.
