The Filmfoerderungsanstalt (FFA), Germany's federal film funding body, is procuring audit services to carry out final cost and proof-of-use audits for film, series and distribution projects funded or administered under its funding programmes. Depending on the lot, the contractor will perform cursory and in-depth audits of proof of use, verify production or distribution costs, check financing and compliance with funding conditions and applicable funding guidelines, and prepare and submit final audit reports. The procurement is divided into three lots: Lot 1 covers audits for production funding programmes; Lot 2 covers sales and distribution funding; Lot 3 covers audits for TV and VoD film and series producers and production service providers.
