Das Wasserstraßen- und Schifffahrtsamt Nord-Ostsee-Kanal (WSA NOK) betreibt am Nord-Ostsee-Kanal (NOK) diverse Fährstellen und eine Schwebefähre am Standort Rendsburg. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die losweise Vergabe des Betriebes und der regelmäßigen Reinigung von 10 Fährstellen und der Schwebefähre Rendsburg. Das WSA NOK stellt hierfür Fähren und Betriebsstoffe inkl. Kraftstoff zur Verfügung. Der AN muss diese Fährstellen mit eigenem Personal gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung betreiben und regelmäßig reinigen. Der Auftraggeber (AG) stellt dem Auftragnehmer (AN) zur Erfüllung dieses Vertrages eine für die jeweilige Fährstelle vorgesehene Fähre, einschließlich Zubehör und Betriebsstoffe, für die vorgesehene Vertragsdauer zur Verfügung. Der AN hat die betroffene Fährstelle mit eigenem Personal und der vom AG zur Verfügung gestellten Fähren zu betreiben.; Der Auftraggeber (AG) stellt dem Auftragnehmer (AN) zur Erfüllung dieses Vertrages eine Schwebefähre für die vorgesehene Vertragsdauer zur Verfügung. Der AN hat die Schwebefähre mit eigenem Personal gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung zu betreiben.
