Description

Alida Software Abonnement SPARQ 3 und Erweiterung "Touchpoint" für Live-Abstimmungen Der Mitteldeutsche Rundfunk (MDR) betreibt seit Herbst 2019 mit "MDRfragt" ein Meinungsbarometer für Mitteldeutschland. Das MDR-Meinungsbarometer MDRfragt ist eine Online-Befragung, bei der sich Einwohner aus Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt und Thüringen registrieren können. Das MDRfragt-System wird derzeit über die SaaS-Softwareplattform Sparq 3 der Firma Alida realisiert. Der Anbieter wurde im Jahr 2019 auf Grund von Alleinstellungsmerkmalen in einem aufwändigen Evaluierungsprozess ermittelt. Der MDR beabsichtigt, die Bereitstellung, Anpassung und den Betrieb der vertragsgegenständlichen Software um 24 Monate mit der Verlängerungsoption von 2x jeweils 12 Monaten zu verlängern. Das vorliegende Vergabeverfahren umfasst die Vertragslaufzeit vom 01.01.2026 bis 31.12.2029.
