Migration von 16 Microsoft-365-Tenants der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten in einen gemeinsamen OneTenant. Gegenstand sind Projektsteuerung, Durchführung der Migrationen einschließlich Reifegradanpassung sowie Auswahl und Bereitstellung des Migrationstools. Die öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten nutzen die Microsoft-365-Plattform für die interne und externe Kommunikation und Kollaboration. Zu diesem Zweck betreibt jede Landesrundfunkanstalt derzeit ihre eigene M365-Cloud-Umgebung (Tenant). Um die Zusammenarbeit der Häuser untereinander deutlich zu vereinfachen und den Betrieb sowie die Weiterentwicklung effizienter zu gestalten, sollen 16 dezentrale, gleichberechtigte Tenants auf den gemeinsamen OneTenant überführt werden. Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung wird ein Dienstleister gesucht, der die Tenantmigrationen plant, durchführt und die umfassende Projektsteuerung der Migrationsphase mit allen teilnehmenden Rundfunkanstalten und Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen übernimmt. Außerdem soll der Dienstleister ein Migrationstool bzw. mehrere Tools seiner Wahl für die Migration bereitstellen. Die Konfiguration und den Aufbau des OneTenants übernimmt der AG und gehört nicht zum Leistungsumfang dieser Ausschreibung. Das Vergabeverfahren erfolgt als EU-weites Verhandlungsverfahren mit vorgeschaltetem Teilnahmewettbewerb. Es gliedert sich in die folgenden Phasen Teilnahmewettbewerb, indikative Angebotsphase, Verhandlungsphase, finale Angebotsabgabe und Zuschlagserteilung.
