Description

Es wird ein Baustelleninformationssystem (BIS) für das Land Brandenburg ausgeschrieben. Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die Bereitstellung und der Betrieb eines Baustelleninfor-mationssystems für Brandenburg ab dem 01.01.2027. Dazu gehören das Hosting, die Pflege und der Betrieb sowie der Support und die Implementierung von Schnittstellen. Erfasst und verarbeitet werden die erteilten verkehrsrechtlichen Anordnungen (VRAO) der Straßenverwaltung des LS Brandenburg, der Brandenburgischen Landkreise und Kommunen sowie der Autobahn GmbH des Bundes und Berlins. Die Daten werden über automatisierte Schnittstellen in die Anwendung eingepflegt und visualisiert auf der Website des LS Brandenburg oder im Straßennetzviewer Brandenburg dargestellt. Daten ausfolgenden Datenquellen sind in das System zu importieren: - Schnittstelle aus dem System VMS der Firma Haller - Schnittstelle aus dem System ALVA der Ascherslebener Computer GmbH - Meldungen der Autobahn aus der mobilithek über die DATEX-II-Schnittstelle - Meldungen des Landes Berlin aus der mobilithek oder per WFS-Dienst des Landes Berlin - Meldungen per E-Mail von unteren Straßenverkehrsbehörden, die weder über das System VMS noch ALVA verfügen (diese sind derzeit manuell einzupflegen) Im hier ausgeschriebenen Baustelleninformationssystem müssen die aus den verschiedenen Quellen eingegangenen Meldungen editiert werden können. Und es findet die Qualitätssicherung für die zu veröf-fentlichenden Meldungen statt. Es sind mindestens folgende Angaben zu veröffentlichen: - Beschreibung der Maßnahme - Detailinformationen - Standort - Gesamtzeitraum - aktuelle Verbote/ Einschränkungen - Umleitungsstrecken, sofern vorhanden Neben der grafischen Darstellung sind textliche Kurzinhalte zur Dauer, zur Art der Beeinträchtigung sowie zu möglichen Umleitungen darzustellen. Zudem erfolgt die Einbindung und Visualisierung der Verkehrslage über, durch das Land Berlin bereitge-stellte, Floating Car Daten.
