Die TK möchte eine neue API-Management-Plattform auf Basis eines zu beschaffenden Produktes aufbauen. Es soll ein modernes API-Management-Produkt beschafft werden, das einen signifikanten Mehrwert bietet mit Hinblick auf die Unterstützung des gesamten API-Lebenszyklus, des API-Traffic-Volumens, der Flexibilität und Produktivität des Systems sowie der Fähigkeit, KI-/LLM-spezifische Anforderungen zu unterstützen. Im Vergleich zur aktuell eingesetzten Lösung, die in den letzten Jahren nicht weiterentwickelt wurde, soll die neue Lösung die Umsetzung einer zukunftsfähigen, strategischen API-Plattform ermöglichen. Folgende Verträge sollen geschlossen werden: - Vertrag über die Durchführung eines Proof of Concept ("PoC-Vertrag"), - EVB-IT Cloud-Vertrag
