Description

Beschaffung einer ganzheitlichen Softwarelösung für die AAA-Komponenten (AFIS, ALKIS und ATKIS) sowie deren Betrieb in einer gemeinsamen Cloud-Betriebsumgebung. Benötigt wird eine ganzheitlichen Softwarelösung für die AAA-Komponenten (AFIS, ALKIS und ATKIS) sowie deren Betrieb in einer Cloud-Betriebsumgebung. Die Modernisierung der Fachverfahrenslandschaft des Landesamtes für Geoinformation und Landesvermessung Niedersachsen (LGLN) erfordert eine zukunftssichere Ausgestaltung der eingesetzten Verfahrenskomponenten zur Bearbeitung von AFIS-, ALKIS- und ATKIS-Daten. Die Komponenten Erhebungs- und Qualifizierungskomponente (EQK), Datenhaltungskomponente (DHK) sowie Auskunfts- und Präsentationskomponente (APK) bilden die Grundlage für die fachliche Arbeit in der Vermessungs- und Katasterverwaltung zur Erfüllung der gesetzlichen Aufgaben. Das LGLN verfolgt im Rahmen seiner IT-Strategie und der Modernisierung der Fachverfahrenslandschaft das Ziel, die Betriebsmodelle zukunftssicher auszurichten. Hier wird der Betrieb der Komponenten in der Cloud im Rahmen eines SaaS oder Managed Service angestrebt.
