Evaluation des Bildungsprogramms Holocaust Education Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen auf der Grundlage einer Bewertung des Förderprogramms 2022-2026, soweit es bereits umgesetzt wurde Dies umfasst konkrete inhaltlich-programmatische, rechtliche, verfahrensbezogene und praxistaugliche Handlungsempfehlungen zur etwaigen Verbesserung des Förderprogramms und Nachsteuerung bisheriger Inhalte, Abläufe und Verfahrensweisen. Von den insgesamt 1.000 Projekten sind mindestens 80 Projekte u.a. auf ihre Wirkung zu überprüfen und zu bewerten. 30 der zu prüfenden Projekte werden von BMF ausgewählt, 30 Projekte von der JCC ausgewählt und in der Angebotsphase den Bietern bekanntgegeben; 20 Projekte werden vom Auftragnehmer ausgewählt. Der Auftraggeber, die JCC und das BADV stellen dem Auftragnehmer die vorhandenen Daten der zu prüfenden Projekte zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus sind die Verfahrensabläufe zwischen BMF-JCC-BADV im Förderverfahren zu untersuchen, um u.a. Handlungsempfehlungen zur Prozessoptimierung abzuleiten.
