Das Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) sucht einen Dienstleister für die ganzheitliche Betreuung von Employer Branding-, Personalmarketing- und Recruiting-Maßnahmen sowie Kampagnen. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt in enger Absprache mit dem Employer Branding-, Personalmarketing- und Recruiting- Team des Stabsbereichs Personalgewinnung und -bindung (PGB) sämtliche Agenturtätigkeiten für den Auftraggeber. Dieser Prozess umfasst bei allen Beauftragungen grundsätzlich die Recherche, Bewertung, Beratung, Empfehlung und Umsetzung seitens des Auftragnehmers im Hinblick auf die jeweilige Aktivität. Es wird eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einer Vertragslaufzeit von zwei Jahren ausgeschrieben. Ihre Gültigkeit beginnt mit dem Zuschlag, frühestens jedoch am 01.09.2026. Der Vertrag endet mit Ende des 24ten vollen Kalendermonats nach Zuschlagserteilung. Der AG hat die bis drei Monate vor Vertragsablauf auszuübende Option, den Vertrag zweimalig um jeweils zwölf Monate zu verlängern. Allgemeine Anforderungen Der Auftragnehmer (im Weiteren als AN bezeichnet) übernimmt in enger Absprache mit dem Employer Branding-, Personalmarketing- und Recruiting Team des Stabsbereichs PGB die unten genannten Agenturtätigkeiten für den AG. Dieser Prozess umfasst bei allen Beauftragungen grundsätzlich die Recherche, Bewertung, Beratung, Empfehlung und Umsetzung seitens des AN im Hinblick auf die jeweilige Aktivität. Grundsätzlich sollen vom AN folgende Leistungen erbracht werden: - Planung, Schaltung, Optimierung und Management von Stellen- und Imageanzeigen - Kampagnenplanung - Mediaplanung, - Kreativleistungen/ kreative Unterstützung sowohl bei einzelnen Maßnahmen als auch bei kompletten Kampagnen - Text- und Grafikerstellung, - Regelhaftes Monitoring der Maßnahmen - Erstellung von Reportings Diese Leistungen sind auf den in Online-, Social Media-, Out of home und Print-Kanälen sowie innerhalb von Apps im Rahmen von Employer Branding-, Personalmarketing- und Recruiting-Maßnahmen für das UKE sowie deren Tochtergesellschaften zu erbringen.
