Fachlich-redaktionelle Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, der für die Öffentlichkeitsbeteiligung erforderlichen Unterlagen sowie bei der strategischen und psychologischen Vorbereitung und Begleitung der BGE während des Erörterungstermins. Hinweis: Das Vergabeverfahren folgt auf die vorab durchgeführten Markterkundung für Beratungsleistungen im Rahmen der Öffentlichkeitsbeteiligung und des Erörterungstermins im kerntechnischen Umfeld. Das Endlager für radioaktive Abfälle Morsleben wurde im ehemaligen Kali- und Steinsalzbergwerk Bartensleben errichtet. Die Einlagerung von radioaktiven Abfällen begann im Jahr 1971 und endete im Jahr 1998. In diesem Zeitraum wurden ca. 37.000 m³ schwach- und mittelradioaktive Abfälle eingelagert. Die Stilllegung wurde bereits in den 90er Jahren beim Ministerium für Umwelt und Naturschutz des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt beantragt. Hierzu wird ein Planfeststellungsverfahren durchgeführt. Bereits in der Vergangenheit wurde ein Öffentlichkeitsbeteiligungsverfahren mit Scopingverfahren im Rahmen der Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung durchgeführt. Ein Erörterungstermin fand im Jahr 2011 statt. Aufgrund von Änderungen im Umweltrecht ist zur Erlangung des Planfeststellungsbeschlusses für die Stilllegung des Endlagers Morsleben erneut ein Öffentlichkeitsbeteiligungsverfahren durchzuführen. In diesem Zusammenhang benötigt die BGE fachlich-redaktionelle Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, der für die Öffentlichkeitsbeteiligung erforderlichen Unterlagen sowie bei der strategischen und psychologischen Vorbereitung und Begleitung während des Erörterungstermins.
