Description

RV - Modernisierung, Strömungsuntersuchungen, Brand- und Rauchgassimulationen Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere die Erstellung, Plausibilisierung und Fortschreibung eines 3D-CFD-Basismodells des U-Bahnhofs HO, die Durchführung von Brand- und Rauchgassimulationen mit und ohne bewegte Netze bzw. Zugbewegungen sowie Strömungs- und Klimasimulationen für Sommer- und Winterfälle. Zu untersuchen sind insbesondere Auswirkungen geplanter Ein- und Umbauten, z. B. neue Zwischenebene, geänderte Erschließung, Fahrtreppen, Aufzüge, Einhausungen, Rauchschürzen, Rampen, Öffnungen, Schächte und Fahrradabstellanlage. Die Simulationen dienen der Bewertung von Rauch- und Wärmeausbreitung, Sichtverhältnissen, optischer Dichte, Rettungswegnutzbarkeit, Strömungswegen, Temperaturverteilung, Luftaustausch, lokalen Wärmestaus, Druck-/Sogverläufen und Strömungsgeschwindigkeiten. Zusätzlich sind aerodynamische Sog- und Druckwerte als Eingangsdaten für statische Bewertungen durch die Tragwerksplanung bereitzustellen; statische Bemessungen und Standsicherheitsnachweise sind nicht Bestandteil der ausgeschriebenen Leistung. Die Ergebnisse sind prüffähig zu dokumentieren und so aufzubereiten, dass sie als Grundlage für Brandschutzkonzept, Evakuierungsbetrachtungen, Fachplanungen sowie Abstimmungen mit Fachabteilungen, TAB und Branddirektion verwendet werden können. Die Vergütung erfolgt auf Grundlage der im Leistungsverzeichnis angebotenen Pauschalpreise, Eventualpositionen und Stundenverrechnungssätze.
