Die DB InfraGO AG plant die Errichtung der Gäubahn Nord inklusive des Pfaffensteigtunnels. Zwischen Flughafen und Goldberg verläuft die Strecke zum größten Teil im rund 11 Kilometer langen Pfaffensteigtunnel. Zudem sind Maßnahmen zur Geschwindigkeitserhöhung und Linienverbesserung auf den bestehenden Strecken in diesem Bereich vorgesehen. Das Projekt wird in sämtlichen relevanten Leistungsphasen als Partnerschaftsmodell Schiene (IPA) realisiert. Alle Partner der Allianz bringen ihre Kompetenzen bereits in die Entwurfs- und Genehmigungsplanung der Gewerke ein. Die Investitionssumme für dieses Projekt wird mit EUR 1,9 Mrd. veranschlagt. Hiervon sind bereits ca. EUR 81,285 Mio. über einen bestehenden Vertrag abgerechnet worden. Der hier neu ausgeschriebene Versicherungsvertrag wird den bestehenden Vertrag ablösen. Es wird mit einer derzeit geplanten Bauzeit bis zum 20.12.2032 gerechnet. Der Versicherungsvertrag beginnt nach Beendigung des Ausschreibungsverfahrens mit dem Datum des Zuschlages im Anschluss an eine derzeit bestehende Vorlaufdeckung. (Typ L-mod.) In der Haftpflichtversicherung beträgt die Deckungssumme je Schadenfall EUR 25.000.000 pauschal für Personen-, Sach- und Vermögensschäden, einschließlich der Leistungen aus der Umwelthaftpflichtversicherung. In der Planungshaftpflichtversicherung steht eine separate Deckungssumme je Schadenfall von EUR 10.000.000 pauschal für Sach- und Vermögensschäden zur Verfügung. Die vorgenannten Summen sind dreifach maximiert. Die Extendend Maintenance im Teil Bauleistungs- und Montageversicherung beträgt 42 Monate. Die Nachhaftung beträgt in der Haftpflichtversicherung 10 Jahre, in der Umwelthaftpflicht- und Umweltschadenversicherung 5 Jahre. Der generelle Selbstbehalt beträgt mindestens EUR 25.000. Für Personenschäden entfällt der Selbstbehalt. In der Planungshaftpflichtversicherung ist die erweiterte Planungsdeckung eingeschlossen. Im Rahmen der erweiterten Planungsdeckung beträgt der Selbstbehalt EUR 100.000. Insbesondere Deckungssummen, Selbstbehalte und Kapazitäten sind Gegenstand der Verhandlungen. Kombinierte Bauleistungs-, Montage-, Haftpflicht- und Planungshaftpflichtversicherung für das benannte Bauvorhaben für den Bauherrn und alle mit der Planung, Überwachung und Ausführung dieses Bauprojekts von der DB beauftragten Unternehmen. Der Auftrag umfasst in Los 1 die Vertragsführung und in Los 2 die Vertragsbeteiligung.
