Das Projekt 2. S-Bahn-Stammstrecke München setzt sich aus den Teilmaßnahmen „Innerstädtischer Bereich/Tunnel“ und „Netzergänzende Maßnahmen“ in den Außenästen zusammen. Die Teilmaßnahme „Innerstädtischer Bereich/Tunnel“ umfasst u. a. - Neubau einer zweigleisigen elektrifizierten S-Bahn-Strecke zwischen den S-Bahnhöfen Laim und Leuchtenbergring, Kernstück sind 2 rund 7 Kilometer lange Tunnel, - Neubau von drei neuen unterirdischen Stationen am Hauptbahnhof, am Marienhof und am Ostbahnhof. Gegenstand dieser Vergabe sind Bauüberwachungsleistungen für den Neubau der Haltepunkte (Hp) Hauptbahnhof einschließlich Tunnel (Los 1) und Marienhof (Los 2), welche im Zuge des Neubaus der 2. S-Bahn-Stammstrecke errichtet werden. Die neuen unterirdischen Haltepunkte stellen die Verknüpfung der 2. S-Bahn-Stammstrecke mit der Innenstadt sowie den bestehenden öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, u.a. U-Bahn, Tram und Bus, her. Bauüberwachung Tunnel und Hp Hauptbahnhof
