Summary

Machine-generated summary

The City of Cologne is procuring central construction logistics services for the general renovation of the main building of the Wallraf-Richartz-Museum & Fondation Corboud, as part of a project extending the museum in Cologne's old town with a new building complex linked to the existing Unger-designed museum via an underground connection. The services cover planning, updating and implementing site logistics, including access control, traffic management, site enclosure, signage and markings, winter protection measures, the drinking and waste water supply and disposal network, central waste logistics, construction power and site lighting. Timely coordination with parallel trades and the simultaneous completion of the renovation and the extension are required.
