Die Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK), Augustenburger Platz 1, 13353 schreibt für den Neubau des Deutschen Herzzentrums der Charité inkl. ZNA und ZSVA, in CVK folgende Bauleistung aus: → Zugangskontrolle (Baulogistiker inkl. Container, Baustellenausweise, EDV-System u. Dokumentation, Schranken, Drehkreuze) → Fortschreiben des Baulog-Handbuchs → Logistikplanung, Fortschreiben der Bauphasenpläne → Stellen v. Wachpersonal → Kameratürme → Logistik- und Verkehrssteuerung (Online-Avisierungssystem) → Materiallogistik → Beschilderung (Verkehrs-, Fluchtwegbeschilderung) → Bauaufzüge I Bedienen von Bauaufzügen → Entsorgungslogistik/ Wertstoffhof (Bring-System/ Hol-System) → Unterhalten der Material- und Lagerflächen → Herstellen v. nicht statischen Bauzwischenzuständen/ Winterbaumaßnahmen → Fuhrpark (Radlader, etc.) → Baustellensicherung; Bauschließanlagen → Baugrobreinigung / Winterdienst → Organisation der Baufeldrandbereiche Baustelle DHZC (Bauzaun) und Straße „Nordufer“ Es bestehen gesonderte Anforderungen nach dem Berliner Ausschreibungs- und Vergabegesetz (BerlAVG), siehe Vergabeunterlagen.
