Bei den Bauleistungen handelt es sich um die Erstellung und Unterhaltung einer Baustelleneinrichtung eines viergeschossigen Dienstgebäudes auf Flächen des MStpkt. Wilhelmshaven. Die Bruttogrundfläche des Gebäudes beträgt ca. 6.500 m² mit einem Bruttorauminhalt von ca. 23.200 m³. Es handelt sich um eine Bauleistung entsprechend VOB/A, Abschnitt 3 (VOB-VS). Alle zu verwendenden Holzprodukte müssen nachweislich aus nachhaltiger Waldbewirtschaftung kommen. Beabsichtigt ist die Errichtung von einem Bürogebäude, bestehend aus einem Zwischenbau und zwei seitlichen Flügeln. Die erwarteten Massen für die Baustelleneinrichtung setzen sich wie folgt zusammen Allgemeine Baustelleneinrichtung und deren Unterhaltung im Einzelnen: - Bauzaun und Vorhaltung ca. 410 m - Baustellenverkehrsfläche ca. 1.700m² - Bauwasser, u. Abwasser 1 Stück - Bürocontainer u. Unterhaltung 1 Stück ca. 160Wo - Besprechungscontainer u. Unterhaltung 1 Stück ca. 160Wo - Sanitärcontainer Herren u.
