Das 1977 fertiggestellte, architektonisch herausragende und unter Denkmalschutz stehende Rathaus mitKulturzentrum ist in die Jahre gekommen und muss dringend saniert werden. Der Leistungsbereich beinhaltet alle Maßnahmen zur Herstellung der Baustraße um den Inselkopf und entlang der Fassade in der Aa und der geschotterten Befestigungen innerhalb der Umflut im Rahmen der Sanierung des Rathaus Bocholt. Hauptmengen - Aushub Bodengrund Umflut und Aa ca. 580 m3 - Kombinationsgeokunststoff GRK4 ca. 1.400 m2 - Natursteinschotter Befestigungen ca. 1.000 m3 - Natursteinschotter Baustraße ca. 800 m3 - Rückbau Befestigungen und Baustraße ca. 1.800 m3 unverzüglich bis Januar 2026 Vorhaltung bis März 2027 Rückbau März 2027 bis April 2027
