Description

Die Stadtwerke Verkehrsgesellschaft Frankfurt am Main (VGF) plant eine Hallenerweiterung der Straßenbahnzentralwerkstatt (STZW). Das bestehende Objekt ist eine 9m hohe Halle mit einer Grundfläche von ca. 120,00 x 220,00 m. Südwestlich der Bestandshalle neben Gleis 25 (Achse A') soll eine Erweiterung errichtet werden. Die Hallenerweiterung ist von OK Gelände bis OK Attika ebenfalls ca. 9,00 m hoch und erstreckt sich über eine Länge von ca. 118,50 m. Die Erweiterung ist ungefähr 25,00 m zum Bestand in Richtung Westen vorgelagert. In diesem Bereich schließt sich nördlich eine Verlängerung der Halle am Gleis 25 an. Im östlichen Bereich eingleisigen Bereich ist die Halle ca. 9,25 m breit. Im westlichen Bereich inklusive der Verlängerung im Gleis 25 ca. 18,00 m breit. Im Bereich des Gleis 26 wird über einen Großteil der Halle eine Grube vorgesehen. Ungefähr in Hallenmitte wird die Halle unterkellert als Zugang zur Wartungsgrube und als zusätzliche Lagerfläche. Diverse Abbrucharbeiten (Pflaster, Fensterbänder, Tor etc.) Kampfmittelsondierung für Bohrpfähle.
