Description

Die Stadtwerke Verkehrsgesellschaft Frankfurt am Main mbH (VGF) beabsichtigt die Stadtbahnstation „Römerstadt“ attraktiver und barrierefrei zu gestalten und dadurch mobilitäts- und sehbehinderten Menschen die eigenständige Nutzung der Station zu ermöglichen. Inhalt der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist die Erneuerung des nördlichen Zugangsbauwerks von der Brücke „In der Römerstadt“ bis zu den Bahnsteigflächen der Stadtbahnstation Römerstadt, einschließlich der Treppenanlagen, sowie die Nachrüstung von zwei Aufzugsanlagen. Die Leistungen werden nachfolgend stichpunktartig aufgelistet: Putz- und Malerarbeiten, Graffitischutz (u.a.): • Reinigung, Untergrundvorbereitung und Putzarbeiten an Wand- und Deckenflächen • Putz- und Malerarbeiten an Wand-, Decken- und Gipskartonflächen • Graffitischutz auf Bestandsfliesen, Beton- und Wandflächen
