Statische und brandschutztechnische Ertüchtigung Poccistraße, Natursteinarbeiten Im Rahmen der Generalsanierung des U-Bahnhofs Poccistraße werden umfangreiche Naturstein- und Bodenbelagsarbeiten an Wand- und Bahnsteigflächen ausgeführt. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Planung, Vermessung, Bemusterung, Lieferung und Verlegung von Natur- und Kunststeinbelägen sowie die Herstellung eines taktilen Leitsystems zur Verbesserung der Barrierefreiheit. Zu den wesentlichen Leistungen gehören die Reinigung vorhandener Natursteinwandverkleidungen mittels schonender Mikrostrahlverfahren, der teilweise Ausbau und Wiedereinbau von Natursteinbekleidungen, die Erneuerung und Ergänzung von Bodenbelägen aus Betonwerkstein und Granit sowie die Herstellung der Bahnsteigkanten einschließlich der erforderlichen Untergrund- und Estricharbeiten. Weiterhin umfasst die Maßnahme die Herstellung eines normgerechten taktilen Leitsystems mit Rippen-, Noppen- und Signalplatten, die Anpassung an bestehende Einbauten und Schachtabdeckungen, die Durchführung von Ausbesserungs- und Schleifarbeiten an Bestandsflächen sowie sämtliche Reinigungs-, Schutz- und Dokumentationsleistungen.
