Fenster- und Verglasungsarbeiten - Anbau Süd West, Sanierung Bestandsgebäude (TUT AG) Demontage und fachgerechte Entsorgung der bestehenden Dreh-Kipp-Fenster, Festverglasungen mit Holzrahmen einschließlich innenliegender Fensterbänke aus Holzspanplatten, außenliegender Fensterbänke aus Aluminiumblech sowie der bestehenden Türanlagen. Lieferung und Montage: - neue Aluminium-Fenster und Festverglasungen als Einzelelemente, 3-fach verglast, Abmessung ca. 1.240 × 2.160 mm, ca. 90 St. Im Erdgeschoss Sicherheitsanforderung RC3. - Aluminium-Fensterbändern mit Paneelfeldern, Abmessung ca. 2.730 × 2.000 mm, ca. 5 St. - Aluminium-RWA-Anlage, Gesamtabmessung ca. Lx H 9.135x 1.050 mm und 4.510x1060 mm. - Fensterbändern im Untergeschoss im Bereich der Lichtschächte, Höhe ca. 1.500 mm. - Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade aus Aluminium, Gesamtabmessung ca. 5.500 × 7.600 mm, einschließlich Außentür, Paneel und elektrisch betriebenen Fensterelementen. - Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade mit absturzsichernder Verglasung, Gesamtabmessung ca. 10.840 × 3.410 mm, einschließlich Verdunkelungsanlage. - 2 St Schiebetüranlagen im Eingangsbereich, jeweils ca. 6,00 × 3,00 m. - sämtliche zugehörige Sonnenschutzanlagen als Raffstores mit Seilführung sowie außenliegende Fensterbänke. Ausbau der bestehenden Türen innerhalb der Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade und Ersatz durch Festverglasungen, Abmessung ca. 3.300 × 1.400 mm, insgesamt 3 St. Einschl. Abdichtungsarbeiten und Anschlüsse Zur Ausführung der Leistungen darf nur Personal eingesetzt werden, welches zuvor zuverlässigkeitsüberprüft wurde und keine negativen Anhaltspunkte vorliegen. Ergänzend ist die Vergabe von 'Instandhaltungsleistungen' Gegenstand des Verfahrens.
